The Hestur project now includes, in addition to an exhibition, a 112-page photo book. The book is dedicated to the Icelandic horse, Iceland and its wildlife. The book was made in self-publishing and printed in Franche-Comté by the printing press Simon Graphic. It traces the history of the Icelandic horse through the centuries, the seasons, and takes us to the end of the Icelandic night with rare pictures of horses under the northern lights.
The book also introduces us to breathtaking Icelandic landscapes. Off the tourist tracks, he takes us to the countryside of the north and north-west of the island to discover other emblematic animals such as the Arctic Fox, Rock Ptarmigan and Wild Reindeer.
